Welcome. We are glad you registered and are interested in our Directory Listing Set-up support.  We realize that time and convenience are important to everyone.  And we offer support to help you. Below is a list of our Set-up “paid for” support services.  Read carefully to see what is and is not included.

Included

Included in your Directory set-up will be the insertion of your “initial content” which includes the following (this service is on a per directory listing):

  1. Images
  2. Video
  3. Text
  4. Address – optional you can simply chose a city and State but location is required,
  5. Links to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter if you have them – No one will ask you for your password “ever”,
  6. Email
  7. Phone number
  8. Catgegory of your listing, you can select several
  9. Tags – if we do not have a category, such as your business name, the business name will be included in the tile of of your listing and is searchable by all users on the site. If you have come nick names they can be included in the “Tags” section of your listing

NOT Included

Modifications or changes to the images, video, content, categories, tags or links on your listing after initial set-up.

FAQ

  1. How long do I have to send you the content? You will have one week to send all text content, videos, images, links and other items that we may add from time to time.
  2. How will I change my Directory listing content? Login and go to your listing. This means you need to “click on” your listing. When your listing opens up, look for an “edit” button on the right-hand side of the page.  Click on it and presto.  You can change images, video, text content, links and more.
  3. Refunds – there are no refunds.  If you do not want to pay for a setup you are welcome to set it up yourself. It is not difficult but if you need our support we can provide the set-up for your initial listing.
