This is a suggesting on how to help those citizens in California with their ever increasing insurance premium. The suggestion will be analogous to the Affordable Care Act aka: Obama Health Care.
The “Eligibity Rules” will be discussed as paramenter for those who are in need. It is not intended for all homeowners and could apply to business owners.
The first suggested elegibility is that it would “only” app[y to the Primary Residence. Secondary, Seasonal, Air BNB or Investment Rental Properties.
The Second elegibility requirements would be “only” for Homes that were purchase before 2018. I suggest 2018 because this is about when the rates started to climb.
Homeowner who purchased their primary home after this date would not be eligible because they may have already know or should have been made aware of the fire insurance crises. More research needs to be saught to make a more precise decision.
